1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tattoogen AI mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Tattoogen AI, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Tattoogen AI provides AI-powered tattoo design generation and AR preview features. The App allows users to create tattoo designs, preview them using augmented reality, and explore pre-generated designs.
3. User Obligations and Restrictions
By using Tattoogen AI, you agree to:
- Use the App only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities:
- Using AI-generated tattoo designs for commercial use or resale without explicit permission.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute Tattoogen AI’s AI-generated content.
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities within the App.
4. User-Generated Content and Responsibility
TattooGen AI enables users to generate tattoo designs using AI technology. While the AI-generated images are processed through our API key and may appear in third-party AI processing systems, all generated content remains the full responsibility of the user who created it.
By using TattooGen AI, you agree that:
- You hold full responsibility for the content you generate.
- TattooGen AI and its developers are not liable for any misuse, copyright infringement, or inappropriate content created through the application.
- You may not create or generate images that violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain harmful, explicit, or illegal content.
- The service reserves the right to restrict access if abuse is detected.
TattooGen AI does not claim ownership of any AI-generated content. However:
- AI-generated tattoo designs are temporarily stored on the API server for processing.
- Users may save and use their AI-generated designs for personal use.
- TattooGen AI does not claim ownership of user-generated prompts or tattoo designs.
- Generated images may be temporarily stored on third-party servers for processing purposes.
5. Subscription and Payment
Tattoogen AI may offer weekly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
Subscription Terms:
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed through the user’s Apple ID account.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel subscriptions via Apple ID settings at any time.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Tattoogen AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated tattoo designs will meet user expectations.
- We are not liable for any personal, artistic, or financial consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated tattoos.
7. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Tattoogen AI at any time without notice. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
